Cómo hacer un pedido

Our working system is comfortable, fast and effective. Nevertheless if it is the first time you are printing with us, we recommend you  to get in touch with our commercial counsellor ,so that he can help and guide you at any time.

Steps to follow:

1. Work estimate application:
   You can ask  for a budget either by phone or e-mail, or by using our budget application form . In 24 hours  time (average) you will have an e-mail answer. Since that moment a business consultant  will be assigned to you so that you are able  to ask him any doubt, and he  will take charge  of your  work-in-progress.
2. Internet sending document:
   If  you agree with the budget ,we will provide  you a customer ID so that you are able to send your document using  Internet (FTP area).
3. Colour proofing delivery:
   After receiving  your document, our business consultants will check it and if everything is correct, they will send you a colour proofing so that you confirm your order. If you agree with the proofing, you should make the payment (choosing any of the payments methods available) and the whole printing work shall start.
4. Door to door work delivery:
   Once printing, handing and binding works have been done, we will send the work wherever you wish you ask by urgent transport.
