Our working system is comfortable, fast and effective. Nevertheless if it is the first time you are working with us, we recommend you  to get in touch with our business consultant, so that he can help and guide you at any time.

Works sending methods:

• FTP Area: we recommend you this way to send your works, using your PC explorer, through this web , with no other programs installing requirements, you will be able to upload any documents you wish , and they will be automatically sent to our FTP server. We especially recommend you this way of sending for big size files, as there are no size(Mb) limitations.
• E-mail: this is an easy way to send your works, particularly if they are of small size: not more than 5Mb. Use our mail address: produccion@grupomartinartesgraficas.com , although our mail account has no size limits, we advise you to use FTP area for big size files.
• Messenger: For those works in which documents transport is necessary (papers, photographs, samples, out of print books to be scanned and printed again, CD’s, etc.) you may use a traditional messenger service.
